ការប្រឡងរូបវិទ្យាអូឡាំព្យាដអាស៊ាន (Asian Physics Olympiad) ឆ្នាំ២០១៤ នឹងប្ររព្ធឡើងចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ

ទី១១ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៨ខែឧសភានេះ នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី

នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំនេះដែរ  ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាយើងក៏បានបញ្ជូនក្រុមសិស្សចំនួន៨នាក់ សម្រាប់ជាតំណាង

ជាតិយើងក្នុងការចូលរួមប្រឡងនេះដែរ។  បេក្ខជនទាំង៨នាក់នោះគឺមាន៥នាក់បានប្រឡងជាប់ 

ក្នុងវគ្គ ជម្រុះពេញសិទ្ធ  និង៣នាក់ទៀត ត្រុវបានជ្រើសរើសចេញពីក្រុមបំប៉នសម្រាប់ការប្រឡង

នេះ។

នៅថ្ងៃនេះដែរ  គឺជាថ្ងៃចេញដំណើររបស់ក្រុមកម្ពុជាយើង  ឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី  ដើម្បី

ចូលរួមប្រឡងក្នុងឆ្នាំនេះ។  នៅឯព្រលានយន្តហោះជាតិភ្នំពេញ  យើងឃើញមានការចូលរួមជូន 

ដំណើរ និងជូនពរដល់បេក្ខជនដែលតំណាងជាតិយើង​ ក្នុងការចេញទៅប្រឡងនៅឆ្នាំនេះ។

ខ្ញុំសូមជូនពរឲ្យក្រុមកម្ពុជាយើងយើងនៅឆ្នាំនេះ  ធ្វើដំណើរដោយសុវត្ថិភាព  ការស្នាក់នៅ និងការ

ប្រឡងនៅសិង្ហបុរី មានលក្ខណៈល្អប្រសើរ  និងជួនពរឲ្យទទួលបានលទ្ធផលល្អៗ គ្រប់ៗគ្នា ដើម្បី

ពិតប្រាកដ  លើមុខវិជ្ជាគណិតវិទ្យារូបវិទ្យា និងអក្សរសិល្បិ៍ខ្មែរ។

      ដោយឡែក សំរាប់មុខវិជ្ជា គណិតវិទ្យា និងរូបវិទ្យាក្រោយពីធ្វើការប្រឡងជ្រើសរើសថ្នាក់ជាតិ រួចរាល់  ក្រសួងតែងមានការបំប៉ន បន្ថែមសំរាប់បេក្ខជន ដែលបាន ប្រឡងជាប់  ដើម្បីជំរុះជ្រើស យកសិស្សឆ្នើម  តំណាងឲ្យកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ចូលរួមប្រឡងប្រជែងថ្នាក់ អន្តរជាតិ ដូចជា IMO, IPho, ថ្នាក់តំបន់ ដូចជា APho, APMO ជាដើម។

      នៅពេលនេះ ខ្ញុំសូមនិយាយតែពីការប្រឡង IPho, និង APhO តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។  ជាធម្មតា  អ្នកដែល មាន​ឱកាសក្នុងការចូលរួមវគ្គបំប៉នសំរាប់ការប្រឡងទាំងពីរខាងលើបាន គឺមានតែអ្នកដែលបាន ឆ្លងកាត់ការប្រឡង ថ្នាក់ជាតិជាប់ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ពីលេខ១ដល់លេខ១០ ក្នុងកំរិតថ្នាក់ទី៩តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។  ក្នុងវគ្គបំប៉ននោះ   គឺអាចមានបេក្ខជនច្រើនជា១០នាក់ដែលសុទ្ធតែជាជ័យលាភីសិស្សពូកែថ្នាក់ ជាតិរាល់ឆ្នាំក្នុងការទី៩ (ចំនួននេះ គឺអាស្រ័យទៅលើក្រសួងជាអ្នកជ្រើសរើស)។  ក្រោយពីបំប៉នរួច  បេក្ខជនទាំងអស់ ត្រូវឆ្លងកាត់ការធ្វើតេស្តសមត្ថភាពដើម្បីជម្រុះយកសិស្សឆ្នើមជាងគេ ទៅចូលរួម ការប្រឡងទាំងពីរ ខាងលើ   ដែលជាទួទៅក្រសួងត្រូវធ្វើការជ្រើសរើសសិស្ស៨នាក់ (សម្រាប់ ឆ្នាំនេះ តែរាល់ឆ្នាំ យកតែ៥នាក់ព្រោះថវិការមិនកំណត់) សម្រាប់ការ ប្រឡងAPho។   ចំពោះការ ប្រឡងថ្នាក់អន្តរជាតិ, IPhO គឺយើងតម្រូវឲ្យមានសិស្ស៦នាក់ដើម្បីទៅចូលរួមប្រឡងនិងបណ្តា ប្រទេសជាបេក្ខភាពក្នុងការប្រឡងនេះ។

      តាមរយៈលទ្ធផលក្នុងការប្រឡងជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំរបស់កម្ពុជាយើង  ឃើញថាក្រុមខ្មែរយើងក៏ ទទួលបានលទ្ធផលគួរជាទីមោទនដែរ។ យើងមានបេក្ខជនដែលធ្លាប់ទទួលបានមេដាយប្រាក់  និង សំរិទ្ធិក្នុងការប្រឡងIPho  តែមិនទាន់មានសិស្សដែលទទួលបានលទ្ធផលល្អក្នុងការប្រឡង APhO នៅឡើយ។   ប្រការនេះ  អាចបណ្តាលមកពីយើងនៅមិនទាន់បានត្រៀមខ្លួនបានល្អ  រឺមិនទាន់មាន ឯកសារគ្រប់គ្រាន់សម្រាប់ការរៀនត្រៀម  រឺអាចមកពីយើងមិនមានពេលវេលាគ្រប់គ្រាន់សម្រាប់ ការរៀនបំប៉ន??

     ដើម្បីជាការរួមចំនែកក្នុងការលើកស្ទួយវិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា  ខ្ញុំបានធ្វើការស្វែងរកលើវែបសាយ បរទេសមួយចំនួន  ដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការប្រឡងថ្នាក់អន្តរជាតិបែបនេះ  ដោយឃើញថា គេទទួលបានលទ្ធផលគួរជាទីមោទនៈ។   ក្នុងនោះ ខ្ញុំបានឃើញគន្លឹះសម្រាប់សិស្សដែលចង់ ប្រឡងសិស្សពូកែរូបវិទ្យាចាប់ពីកំរិតថ្នាក់ខេត្តឡើងទៅដល់ថ្នាក់អន្តរជាតិ  ដោយប្រាប់ពីឯកសារ ដែលត្រូវរៀន និងទំព័រវែបសាយសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួន សម្រាប់សិស្សចូលទៅសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ ដោយផ្ទាល់។

    ហេតុដូចនេះ  ខ្ញុំក៏បានសរសេរជាប្រកាសនេះឡើង  ដើម្បីចូលរួមចែកចាយបន្តនូវឯកសារដ៏ល្អ នេះសម្រាប់ប្អូនៗជំនាន់ក្រោយរបស់ខ្មែរយើង  អាចយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមពីការប្រឡងនេះ  និងឯកសារ ដែលត្រូវរៀនឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវតាមស្តង់ដារនៃការប្រឡងលក្ខណៈអន្តរជាតិរបស់គេ។
