Listen to her we will know how important relationship is for the kid, students. The relationship between teacher to students, relationship between friends to friends, relationship between parents and their son in education.

This is not the new thing, but an old matter one that we should know from the start when we begin to educate student. As Ms.Rita Pierson says:"No kids want to learn from someone they hate", this problem is the same to me ^_^.
